TRAINING CLASS REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Prior to submitting your registration form, please make sure that you have read our registration policy for training classes, payments, and refunds at the bottom of this page.

All information must be completed to ensure proper processing. You will receive a confirmation of the information submitted. This is not a reservation confirmation. Download Makeup Training Registration Form and mail along with your payment to:

You will receive a confirmation of receipt email after your package has been received.  All Classes will require full payment upon registration.  Training By Misha holds no liability to your satisfaction of gain from the courses material, instructor, facility, or information.

CLASS POLICIES

Registration policy for Training classes: There are varying limits for our classes and all classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Payment policy: We accept online credit card payments and checks via mail.
Refund policy: Refunds of deposits and/or full payments will only be given if Training By Misha is unable to hold your scheduled class. Deposits and/or Payments can be applied toward registration for another class, if available. Once a session begins, there will be no refunds or credits.
Make up policy: If a class is missed due to an emergency, arrangements can be made for student to attend another class session, if available. Make-ups must be arranged within the same session and they must be made in advance.
Walk-in policy: Due to course material preparation we are unable to accept walk-ins.
